For drivers

If you received a CarrierHero tracking link by SMS:

• You can stop sharing location at any time by tapping Stop Sharing in the link.
• To stop receiving any CarrierHero SMS for the future, reply STOP to the original message.
• To resume future messages, reply START.
• For help, reply HELP.

For dispatchers

If the Samsara note is not updating:

• Confirm the load has a Samsara route id in the dispatcher form.
• Confirm your org has installed CarrierHero on Samsara at /install.
• Notes are rate-limited to one update every five minutes per route. Status-change events bypass the rate limit.
• Check the load detail page for the Samsara sync status.
