Do drivers need to install an app?
No. Drivers open a secure web link from one SMS, review a plain-language consent screen, and tracking runs in the browser while the page is open. Nothing to download, no login.
What does it cost the carrier?
Nothing. Carriers and drivers are never charged. Pricing is per shipper/broker account based on tracked-load volume.
Is tracking really temporary?
Yes. A tracking session is bound to a single load reference and ends automatically at delivery, or the moment the driver taps Stop Sharing. No background location persists.
How does the Samsara sync work?
On install we request only route read + notes:write scopes. Status updates are written back as route notes — we never request vehicle telemetry or fleet-wide data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract. Annual billing saves two months and can be cancelled at renewal.
